Complaints and Feedback or Simply Suggestions for Improvement?

I’m here to help with any complaints and feedback.

  • Work to resolve your complaint promptly and in confidence
  • Learn lessons and use them to review and where appropriate improve our service
  • Take any constructive criticism from you in the spirit of useful feedback, and inform you of changes I have made

There is a Complaint Form below that can be sent directly to me online.    Complaint Form
You can alternately let me know by email, phone, or in writing (details in blue Accordion section at the bottom of this page).

    • Timescales

I hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned. If your problem cannot be sorted out in this way and you wish to make a complaint, I would like you to let me know as soon as possible – ideally within a matter of days or at most weeks – because this will enable me to establish what happened more easily. If it is not possible to do that, please let me have details of your complaint:

Within 6 months of the incident that caused the problem; or
Within 6 months of discovering that you have a problem, provided this is within 12 months of the incident

I shall acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to have looked into your complaint within 10 working days of the date you raised it with us (or as soon as possible if there is a delay due to me being away).  I shall then be in a position to offer you an explanation, or a meeting with the people involved.
